LIABILITY WAIVER: It is our policy that you must agree to this waiver in order to participate in classes and events at Boalsburg Yoga & Wellness Studio. By registering for this class/event, I acknowledge and understand that yoga is a physical activity and that, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and/or ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of my participation in classes and workshops at Boalsburg Yoga & Wellness Studio. I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. I affirm that I have no medical conditions that I am aware of which would prevent me from taking part in classes or workshops. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, I verify that I have my physician's approval to participate. I have read and agree to the terms of this policy and completely and unconditionally release Boalsburg Yoga & Wellness Studio and its instructors of all liability.
