Lynn Theodose
Yoga Teacher
Lynn fell in love with yoga in her late thirties after moving to the island of Kauai. There she met her teacher, Bhavani Maki, and spent eight years in deep study with her. In 2009, Lynn received her Yoga Alliance certification from Yoga Hanalei. She’s been busy sharing the art and science of yoga ever since - in Hawaii, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Lynn’s teaching style combines detailed asana alignment, the philosophy of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, humor, warmth, and curated personal attention. She views yoga as a tool for transformation on every level and aims to help her students sift through the mind chatter, unravel their self-limiting patterns, and discover the guru within.
