It is our policy that you must agree to this waiver in order to participate in classes and events at Boalsburg Yoga & Wellness Studio.
I understand that this class is a supportive wellness practice and not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. I take responsibility for listening to my body and participating at my own pace. I understand that I am always free to rest, modify or opt out of any practice.
I affirm that I have no medical conditions that I am aware of which would prevent me from taking part in these classes. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.
I completely and unconditionally release Boalsburg Yoga & Wellness Studio and its instructors of all liability.
