HURRICANE RELIEF FUNDRAISER: Soul Flow Yoga & Dance with Kerri Zelman & Amy Fisher
Free your mind and heart with a fun and soulful combination of yoga, intuitive dance & mindful movement for self exploration and group connection. We will begin with a gentle floor based yoga practice that flows into movement and dance, closing with a restorative savasana and meditation circle.

BY HURRICANE HELENE IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
Recovery efforts are overwhelmingly large-scale and long-term. Funds for hurricane relief will go to support these two "boots on the ground" community care organizations local to Asheville, NC:
BELOVED ASHEVILLE: BeLoved Asheville is doing amazing work to serve Asheville and surrounding areas getting much needed supplies to those most affected by this disaster, and securing warm and safe housing for the displaced. www.belovedasheville.com
FLOW OF LIFE YOGA: Flow of Life Yoga is two women in Asheville who serve the birthing and maternal health community. They teach pre- and postnatal yoga classes, childbirth education, yoga teacher trainings and doula and birthworker trainings. They are raising funds to support pregnant and postpartum families in need, including assistance with families who need to relocate during this time. www.theflowoflifeyoga.com
