Class Description

FREE CLASS MARCH 25. SEE CLASS SCHEDULE TO SIGN UP INTRODUCTORY 6-WEEK SERIES At the end of 6 weeks, I'll assess interest and feedback to determine whether to continue offering the class. You may register for this class with the new Therapeutic Yoga Class Pass or use your existing class pass. You do not have to attend all 6 weeks, though regularity offers the most therapeutic benefit.
