TUESDAY THERAPEUTIC YOGA IS NOW AVAILABLE IN PERSON AND ONLINE. SIGN UP EACH WEEK SO I KNOW TO EXPECT YOU, OR TO RECEIVE THE LINK TO ATTEND ONLINE. PURCHASE A CLASS PASS TO SIGN UP: New students may use the WELCOME PASS or any of the other class pass options. Current students may use your existing class pass. ABOUT THESE CLASSES: Therapeutic Yoga offers gentle yet powerful breath, movement and mindfulness practices that support the body’s natural ability to heal. While therapeutic yoga can be tailored for specific health conditions, these classes offer a general introduction to foundational practices designed to support you whether you're navigating a specific challenge and seeking physical relief, emotional support, or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being. All of Kerri's classes are trauma-informed. This means that everything is offered as an invitation and choice for you to explore and you can always choose to opt-out of any given practice. You are encouraged to practice with compassion and respect for your unique experience. Kerri's approach focuses on balancing prana (life force energy) through the myofascial and nervous systems, with particular attention to the vagus nerve as the main regulator of the “rest and restore” function of our autonomic nervous system. Our nervous system is embedded in the connective tissue fabric of our myofascial system. Together these two systems serve as the main communication network between our brain, our muscles and our organs. By engaging both systems through mindful breath and movement, we cultivate nervous system resilience and support physical health and emotional well-being. These classes provide an uplifting and supportive environment in which to explore and discover practices that serve your unique needs. No prior yoga experience necessary. Therapeutic Yoga is particularly beneficial for: • Those experiencing physical challenges such as chronic pain, inflammation, mobility restrictions, or injury recovery • Those navigating emotional healing from stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout • Anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted and seeking a gentle practice to restore balance • Anyone interested in nervous system support and learning tools to shift from a state of tension to more ease • Anyone who desires a safe, nurturing space to explore movement and self-care without pressure or expectation
